Pulau Judi Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulau Judi platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. These Terms apply to all users who register, visit, or use Pulau Judi's services in any capacity.

By registering an account with Pulau Judi, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be bound by all terms stated herein;
• You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• The use of online gambling services is permitted in the jurisdiction where you are located.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Pulau Judi, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. Pulau Judi takes its responsibility to prevent underage access to the platform seriously.
• Country of Residence: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Non-Employee: You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Pulau Judi employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Pulau Judi reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended.

3User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Pulau Judi account only. Holding more than one account (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential;
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether with or without your knowledge;
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account — account sharing is strictly prohibited;
• Notify Pulau Judi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions at Pulau Judi are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes on Pulau Judi. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once processed. Pulau Judi is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by your e-wallet provider or bank.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal of winnings from Pulau Judi is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM20 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for your registered deposit.
• Account Verification: The account must have completed identity verification (full KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Processing Time: Malaysian e-wallet: 1–5 minutes; FPX/Banking: 1–24 hours on business days.
• Fees: Pulau Judi does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any bank charges incurred are your own responsibility.

Pulau Judi reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawals that require further review for security, identity verification, or suspicious activity investigation purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours with further information.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Pulau Judi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 50x the bonus value, depending on the type of promotion.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each bonus type may only be claimed once per account, per household, per phone number, per IP address, and per device.
• Validity Period: Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the stated period (typically 7–30 days) will expire automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Please refer to the individual bonus terms for more details.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin/round is RM30 unless otherwise stated.

7Game Rules

All games offered on Pulau Judi — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket), e-sports, lottery, and more — are governed by their respective rules as stated in the relevant games section.

The following applies to all games at Pulau Judi:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent bodies to ensure fair play.
• In the event of a technical error or software disruption during an active game, Pulau Judi reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to your account balance.
• For Sports Betting, displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Pulau Judi reserves the right to decline or void any bet deemed suspicious, unfair, or in breach of the game rules.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, Pulau Judi's server logs shall serve as the definitive and binding record.

8Prohibited & Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Pulau Judi and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Use of automated software (bots), hacking tools, or any method to exploit games;
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering through the Pulau Judi platform;
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you without the owner's authorisation;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for personal gain;
• Threatening, harassing, or distributing harmful content directed at the Pulau Judi team or other players.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Pulau Judi reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents;
• Self-exclusion requests made on responsible gambling grounds;
• Instructions from legal authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting Pulau Judi's support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification and no outstanding term violations.

For players who choose to close their account for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion feature), Pulau Judi will honour that request immediately and will not send any marketing communications to them during the exclusion period.

10Limitation of Liability

Pulau Judi provides its online gambling platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pulau Judi is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activities on our platform;
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure);
• Game outcomes that have been confirmed by the system and cannot be reversed;
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Pulau Judi platform.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Pulau Judi collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy our separate policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

In short, Pulau Judi:

• Collecting personal data solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes;
• Not selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent;
• Protecting your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures;
• Maintaining transaction records in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Pulau Judi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on our platform. We will endeavour to provide users with reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Pulau Judi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Pulau Judi platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
